2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Please provide accurate vehicle and contact details at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

3. Vehicle Condition

Existing paint damage, previous repairs, or third-party work may affect results. We will inspect your vehicle and advise on suitable options before installation or detailing begins.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be shared at booking. Work may require an advance, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service.
• Follow aftercare guidelines provided for PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing.
• Inform us of any existing warranty, insurance, or manufacturer restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Olive Tree Detailing is not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by misuse after service, or issues arising from failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.
